Qualifications

• Proven track record in analysis and detailed knowledge of the UK Motor & Home Insurance markets.
• Experience of applying multivariate statistical and/or Data Science techniques to business problems.
• Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and deliver changes to prices and underwriting criteria.
• Build and update risk/retail models using Radar, Emblem, and other techniques.
• Monitor key business performance metrics like conversion and retention.
