Position: Senior Pricing Analyst
Reporting to: Pricing Manager

Job Purpose

This position is focused on the delivery of Commercial Pricing across Reed & Mackay wholly owned and Partner locations. The role requires a coordinated commercial approach to pricing and relationship management. This is a varied role best suited to a team player with a high level of commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bespoke pricing for new prospects/current clients dependent upon profile, market and preferences under specific instructions and tight deadlines
  • Analyse and consolidate complex MI for global tenders
  • Assist R&M Client Success team in tender/re-tender situations
  • Work collaboratively with team members on delivery of project based analytical work
  • Mentor and assist the team, providing insight and assistance in negotiations and decision-making, as required
  • Develop and maintain an effective and professional relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Partake in external calls with R&M Partners and/or Clients, communicating clearly and effectively to arrive at the best solution for all parties
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience working in a Pricing or Revenue Management environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to always communicate effectively and professionally
  • Positive \"can-do\" attitude with an ability to multi-task
  • Strong numerical skills with demonstrable ability to interpret data sources to identify areas of opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Advanced level understanding of Excel essential, and Power BI experience is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mind, and conscientious approach
