A prominent healthcare provider in Manchester seeks a Senior Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to lead and collaborate with the Mental Health Liaison Team, ensuring quality patient care and supporting team goals. The role involves managing patient assessments, governance processes, and team performance duties. Senior Mental Health Liaison Practitioner - Ward Senior Lead - that will work closely with the MHLT MDT and Acute Trust to Assess, Treat and Safely manage patients on the wards at the MRI, ensuring best practice for MDT's and Huddles, care and treatment and supporting timely move on. They will support the building of closer relationships between the ED and Wards and will be required to work across both at times. They will have supervision and PDR responsibilities, work on QI within the team, support governance processes by investigating complaints, incidents and deliver learning responses. They will support team performance of KPI's and individual supervisee performance as required. They will support the maintaining of the MHLT PLAN Accreditation.

Salary details: £47,810 to £54,710 a year per annum pro rata
