Qualifications

  • Experience working with vulnerable families and individuals, with strong understanding of safeguarding, mental health, and social care systems.
  • Previous experience managing cases related to CIN, CP, PLO, and court proceedings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and strengths.
  • Develop and implement personalised care/support plans.
  • Provide essential emotional support and intervention during crises.
  • Liaise with other agencies to coordinate comprehensive services.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Manage cases involving CIN, CP, PLO, and court statements.
