Advanced Practitioner within Front Door MASH Team in Wallasey UK, earning £39.18 Hourly.

This is a full-time ongoing position. What you will do:

– Manage and oversee daily MASH referrals, providing direction and authorisation.
– Work alongside the team manager to align with MASH team structures.
– Make timely and effective decisions regarding child protection, child in need, and early help interventions.
– Collaborate positively with partner agencies, developing strong working relationships with children and families.
– Utilise your comprehensive knowledge of legislative frameworks, research, and policies related to children’s social care.
