You’ll help streamline project planning, reporting, and coordination across multiple teams, while ensuring alignment with ePMO standards and delivering weekly updates to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- PMO Support: Provide essential project management support for Finance & Procurement transformation activities.
- Governance & Reporting: Drive governance and reporting processes, including the creation of weekly status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, System Integrator PMO, and ePMO, ensuring alignment and coordination across stakeholders.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Documentation & Tools Management: Manage SharePoint for document control, and use MS Project for scheduling, resource planning, and dependency management.
- Financial Support: Assist with financial forecasting and project budget tracking.
- Communication: Use Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) for regular communication and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, experience in large-scale transformation projects, and proficiency in SharePoint, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 tools. Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role within large-scale transformation programmes.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in Finance and Procurement transformation projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise PMO functions and governance frameworks.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, and the Activate methodology.
- Experience using SAP Cloud ALM, Jira, or similar tools for project tracking.
- Relevant professional qualifications (eg, Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
