Senior PMO Administrator (Leading UK Airline) - Crew Hotel & GT Delivery Management
Role Overview

The Senior PMO Administrator will monitor delivery and governance of the Hotels 2030 programme within an aviation environment, working closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), internal airline teams and integration partners. This role ensures the successful transition to a new crew accommodation operating model, overseeing planning, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across operational and technical workstreams to ensure a smooth transition to the new service model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage airline plans and associated action log to keep things moving.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery phases progress: discovery, design, integration, testing and go‑live readiness and comms.
  • Coordinate API delivery ensuring agreed requirements (in Jira), delivery milestones, dependencies and outputs are met.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor performance through agreed cadence and QBRs.
  • Support airline progress tracking, resource planning and contract adherence.
  • Drive operational readiness activity with the accountable resources: training, comms, SOP updates, cutover planning etc.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong PMO/PM background in aviation preferably with crew operations.
  • Experience with IT integration management projects and multi‑vendor delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across operational and technical teams.
  • Solid understanding of airline operational pressures and regulatory context.
  • Proficient with project tools and governance frameworks.
