Job description

We have partnered with an Award-Winning Tech Consultancy who are looking for a PMO Lead to join their team. You will be overseeing and improving how all projects are delivered across the organisation. As the PMO Lead, you set the standards, ensure project managers follow them, monitor project health, manage resourcing visibility, provide leadership reporting, and drive continuous improvement so projects are delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high quality.

Project Governance & Delivery Assurance
  • Create, maintain, and champion project governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Ensure a consistent, standardised approach to project delivery.
  • Conduct project health checks (highlight reports, RAID logs, Geco).
  • Manage and support resource planning.
  • Create and refresh PM checklists, frameworks, and templates.
  • Establish success metrics for delivery.
Project Oversight
  • Maintain visibility across all active projects.
  • Identify delivery risks, issues, and resource bottlenecks.
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation with senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate project kick-offs and lessons learned sessions.
  • Act as an escalation point for project delivery challenges.
