Job summary

A local authority client in London seeks a Senior Planning Solicitor for an initial 3-month contract to deliver efficient legal services. Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with complex and/or high-profile Property and Regeneration cases.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex planning agreements and highway agreements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of legal services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional/technical advice on planning, property, and highway matters.
• Attend and advise at planning committee and licensing sub-committee meetings.
• Lead by example in aligning with the council's values and behaviours.

Education

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEX entitled to practice in England and Wales
