A leading construction company is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to oversee planning functions across projects. Responsibilities include managing the planning team, creating complex master programmes, and coordinating with estimators and commercial teams. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in healthcare and commercial projects, knowledge of NEC contracts, and proficiency in planning software like Primavera. As the Senior Planning Manager you will lead the planning function and team on a project or across multi-projects. You will be responsible for constructing and managing the production and implementation of the fully integrated complex master programme, phase sequence plans and method statements from bid stage through to handover and occupation.
This role will require candidates to be geographically mobile.
