Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry.
• Experience acting as a Lead Assistant to an Expert Witness (desirable).
• Strong background in live planning & programming for contractors.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Managing Director and support senior management.
• Run assignments with clients relating to claims on live projects.
• Collaborate with Delay Analysts on disputed and time-related issues.

Skills

Construction industry experience

Delay analysis expertise

Proficiency in P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project

Client-facing skills

Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts

Education

Degree level qualification

Masters in Construction Law (desirable)
