We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join our Operational Excellence team within Insurance and Money Services.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of analysts to support high-level business plans and budgets, working within the risk framework to deliver the best service within the claims department. You will also prioritise the team’s workload and examine operational performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for performance improvements. Your insight and analysis will support improved customer, colleague and business outcomes.
