University Hospitals Tees is seeking to appoint a Band 6 Physiotherapist 22.5 hours a week on a permanent basis in the Hambleton & Richmondshire Falls Prevention Team.

To be successful in the role you will have substantial experience working as a Physiotherapist in a health care setting. Excellent communication and organisational skills, enthusiasm, commitment and ability to work with a wide range of agencies are vital in this post.
The ability to problem‑solve and respond to the needs of both the service and our service users is also an attribute required for the role. Service development and promotion of the service will be an integral part of this role.
Successful candidate must have access to a vehicle for work purposes to meet the requirements of the role. You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team and be involved with service users with a range of multiple medical, social and emotional problems.
The role will primarily involve visiting service users in their own homes and therefore the ability to travel independently is an essential part of this job.
