A healthcare organization in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior People Advisor to provide comprehensive HR services. You will support the People Business Partner and lead a team in delivering effective HR advice. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, CIPD membership, and proficiency in HR systems. The position offers flexibility and aims to promote a diverse workforce.
Senior People Advisor - 34 hours per week. Band 6, £38,682 - £46,580 pro rata, per annum. As a member of the People Operations Team, to provide a comprehensive day-to-day people service, covering the full range of people / Human Resource related issues, to meet the needs of the Trust and staff in an effective and professional manner.

Job responsibilities include acting as an experienced HR professional with MCIPD, operating as a Senior HR practitioner in a fast paced environment, and being highly competent with HR information systems such as ESR. Ideally, proven experience of People/HR in a healthcare setting. Track record of handling a range of people related and HR issues, developing HR/OD policies, procedures or strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Knowledge of employment legislation and workforce metrics/information systems to support complex employee relations and organisational change matters.
