Qualifications

  • Experience in pension administration services.
  • Ability to resolve customer enquiries effectively.
  • Capable of performing and issuing pension calculations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration services to customers, working to agreed targets.
  • Complete/check casework and provide feedback.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, both oral and written.
  • Draft non-standard correspondence for customer queries.
  • Perform and issue pension calculations, including manual ones.
  • Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities as assigned.
