Nasdaq is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to lead and execute our partnership strategy for the Financial Technology Division within EMEA . As a member of the FinTech Revenue team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances , you will work cross‑functionally to implement regional strategies that support Nasdaq’s bold growth goals and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Expand the EMEA Partner Ecosystem: identify, engage, and cultivate strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, consulting firms, and technology providers.
- Establish Governance & Agreements: negotiate legal and commercial agreements and implement balanced governance structures with partners at all required levels.
- Drive Alignment Across Teams: develop collaboration between regional sales and client services teams and the partner ecosystem to enable joint opportunities, revenue growth, and complementary client services.
- Develop Partner Capabilities: support partner training and certification on Nasdaq FinTech solutions to achieve shared growth targets.
- Accelerate Growth & Performance: contribute to GTM and marketing initiatives, co‑branded campaigns, shared growth initiatives and coordinated solutions while defining success metrics, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Industry Experience: proven years in technology within financial services, with proven business development expertise.
- Partnership Program Leadership: several years building and managing strategic alliances in FinTech or enterprise B2B software / SaaS.
- Global Partnership Growth: demonstrated success in scaling partnerships and driving growth through ecosystems and channel strategies.
- Expertise in Partnership Lifecycle: deep knowledge of co‑selling, co‑marketing, and GTM alignment across the partnership lifecycle.
- Strong Leadership & Agility: exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
