We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal / trainee legal executive to join our fantastic Solicitors Client and multi‑award winning Private Client team. This role will include assisting a Private Client Fee Earners in a very busy, fast‑paced Private Client department.

You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with Probate, Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Services for the Elderly. Experience of Case Management Systems and Laserforms are essential.

A minimum of five years previous experience in a Private Client paralegal role is essential. For LPC graduates, completion of Private Client elective is essential. The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, ambitious, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.

Role specifics
  • Opening files
  • Day to day assistance for the Private Client team
  • Updating clients on case progress
  • Taking instructions from Clients and drafting documents
  • Communicating with the Probate Registry, HM Land Registry, Estate agents and other agencies
