Our client is an independent creative agency, specialising in lifestyle brands. They are a collective of creative thinkers and doers, who bring the best minds together to create work they are proud of. Based in Borough, London, this small but ambitious agency works on some great brands.

You will be responsible for managing multi-platform paid campaigns, developing data-driven strategies, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a client-facing role involving campaign planning, execution, and reporting via email communications and meetings.

You will primarily work on global, fully integrated accounts across the beauty and hair sectors, with strong digital and social-first communication strategies. There will be opportunities to work and learn within a close-knit, experienced team.

Role of a Paid Social Senior Account Manager
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including creating proposals, setting ads live, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage large budgets, track spending, and ensure budgets are adhered to.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships, leading strategy discussions, making recommendations, and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Develop and present strategic media plans that align with clients’ business goals and budgets.
