We are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Media Executive to lead the development and management of high-impact digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. In this role, you will work closely with performance and planning teams to optimize campaign strategies, improve ROI, and enhance user engagement. You will provide data-driven insights, manage client budgets effectively, and contribute to creative and strategic decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns, allowing you to make a tangible impact on campaign performance and client success.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, campaign planning, and performance analysis to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to client-facing teams and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate creative assets and customer journeys, proposing enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovative campaign strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media or Paid Search Executive within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other paid social channels.
  • Ideally Google Ads Search Certified.
  • Proficiency with paid search and social tools, including Ads Editor, Search Term Reports, Keyword Planner, and forecasts.
  • Understanding of keyword strategies, ad copy, bid strategies, and overall user journey optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and continuous professional growth.
