Qualifications

• Experience in a project environment supporting the Project Manager/Director.
• Understanding of the importance of timely reporting and energy to deliver against deadlines.
• Experience of interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for projects.
• Support the Project Manager with specialist advice regarding delays and issues.
• Conduct audits and assure contractors' data submissions.
• Coordinate preparation of monthly performance reports.
• Ensure quality of task submissions and reporting.
• Attend monthly reviews and other necessary meetings.
