Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 5-7 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Learning.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in Learning Transformation sessions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Learning Catalog, ILT, Skills Center, and Communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Learning Management.
• Configure Learning Catalog structures and digital learning integrations.
• Advise on Learning best practices and readiness training.
