Senior or Principal Planner

Our client is a National Town Planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are looking to onboard a Senior or PrincipalPlanner to their successful planning team. Our client is ideally looking for Chartered Town Planners with good experience in a variety of projects and taking a lead role.This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an excellent planning consultancy.

As a Senior / Principal Planner your duties will include;

• Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
• Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
• Mentoring junior staff members
• Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The ideal Planner will have the following;

• MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)
• Town Planning experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK drivers licence

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
