We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of multiple service lines – Water Hygiene, Occupational Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Fire Services. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead department heads, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering commercial growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & inspire: Manage departmental heads, ensuring teams are motivated, supported, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive performance: Monitor and improve operational efficiency, scheduling, service delivery, and compliance.
  • Grow the business: Support business development, cross‑selling opportunities, and client portfolio expansion.
  • Shape strategy: Work with directors to deliver departmental growth plans, aligned with PE-backed investment strategy.
  • Commercial focus: Involvement in budgets, P&L tracking, tendering, and financial reporting.
  • Quality assurance: Maintain high standards across compliance-driven services, ensuring consistency and best practice.
What We’re Looking For
  • Essential: Background in Water Hygiene / Legionella.
  • Strong track record in operations management, contract delivery, and compliance.
  • Experience leading teams and managing departmental heads.
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to budgets, P&L, and growth initiatives.
