We’re searching for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of operational excellence within our Account Management function.

This is a high-impact leadership role, driving transformation, coordination, and strategic support across a market-facing team during an exciting time of change.

The Opportunity

This role isn’t about keeping the lights on — it’s about shaping the way Account Management operates. You’ll lead a team, build strong cross-functional workflows, and ensure our processes, technology, and reporting frameworks are best-in-class.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide vision and leadership for a team of 3, aligning operations with strategic goals
  • Design and implement an operational excellence framework across Account Management
  • Act as the central hub for logistics, process improvements, and cross-team delivery
  • Streamline reporting, documentation, and knowledge sharing to boost efficiency
  • Spot bottlenecks, manage risks, and support senior leaders with key initiatives
