A fast-growing technology company in the UK is looking for a UK Account Manager. You will manage venue partnerships, enhance machine usage, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in account management or hospitality, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel within the UK. About Jolt
Jolt Technology is a rapidly growing company providing sustainable phone charging
solutions through a network of rentable power banks. Since launching in early 2024, Jolt has
established over 1500 locations in Ireland and UK, securing partnerships with major
hospitality groups such as Mitchells & Butlers and independent pubs and bars. As we
continue to grow, we are looking for a UK Account Manager to help maintain and strengthen
relationships with our venue partners while driving engagement and performance across our
network.
The Role
The UK Account Manager will be responsible for managing venue partnerships, optimizing
machine usage, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive,
results-driven professional with experience in account management, hospitality, or sales.
You will work closely with venue managers, Jolts UK sales and operations team, and
internal stakeholders to maximize the success of our UK locations.
