  • Provide line management and clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists within the allocated setting or region.
  • Utilize advanced specialist knowledge effectively across a range of work practices, applying a wide theoretical and practical understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with children, young people, and their staff to ensure personalised delivery plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Support recruitment and induction of new staff, offering mentoring and coaching as needed.
