• 4+ years acute NHS experience in frailty, ED, orthopaedics, or elderly care.
• Available for CPD evidence demonstrating advanced clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy service.
• Lead audit, service evaluation, and research projects.
• Manage a complex clinical caseload.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and students.
• Ensure legal, ethical, and Trust standards in practice.
