Qualifications

• Skilled in behaviour support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care during the night, including hygiene prompting and supervision.
• Respond calmly to aggression or distress, modelling low-arousal approaches.
• Support Night Coaches, sharing advice and experience.
• Keep accurate records and support the handover process.
