A property recruitment agency based in London is seeking a Senior Letting Negotiator for their office in Surrey Quays, SE16. Overview

Senior Negotiator Lettings – Surrey Quays, SE16

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Letting Negotiator to join our client based in Surrey Quays, SE16. As a Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range including the top end and be involved in the whole property letting process from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries
  • Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management
  • Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  • Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
  • Must have a full driving licence and have at least 2 years of experience, preferably previously worked in the London/Greater London market
  • Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Must be computer literate
  • Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
Hours

Monday to Thursday - 9am – 6pm
Friday - 9am - 6pm
Saturdays - 10am - 4pm

Salary

£22,000 basic OTE of around £45,000 to £50,000
