You will be providing a high-quality diagnostic MRI service whilst maintaining a safe working MRI environment. You will assist in providing an efficient MRI service which will include the MRI scanning alongside its associated administration duties. You should have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work, exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to manage a varied workload ensuring safe and clinical practices.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a radiographer with significant and varied experience to work in a cutting-edge clinical environment performing range of MRI scanning. The candidate should have extensive CT experience and MRI experience is desirable. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled radiographer to join the MRI team where you will undertake a wide variety of MRI scans including Neuro, MSK, Upper/Lower GI, Gynaecology, Prostate, Head/Neck MRI, Breast and Whole-Body MRI. You will need to be team orientated with demonstrable teaching abilities as you will be working with under-graduates, trainee radiologists and trainee MRI radiographers. The clinical range of patient presentations is wide and we would expect the successful applicant to communicate effectively, with a patient centred approach. Participation in the MRI extended week rota is essential as is a desire to develop your MRI skills and abilities.
