Salary : £27,000–£29,000 (incl. car allowance) + guarantees + uncapped commission

Location : Remote (Romford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend & surrounding areas)

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a market-leading brokerage covering East London & Essex. This role offers remote working, high earnings, strong lead volumes, and access to an existing loyal client base.

You will work closely with multiple partnered Estate Agency branches and receive consistent pre-qualified leads.

Key Duties

• Provide whole-of-market advice remotely
• Handle 10+ appointments weekly
• Manage overflow leads from 8–10 estate agency branches
• Contact existing clients for mortgage reviews
• Secure referrals & repeat business
• Maintain full FCA compliance & CRM accuracy

Candidate Requirements

• CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor
• Experience providing regulated mortgage advice
• Comfortable working remotely
• Proactive approach & strong relationship-building
• Based in East London or Essex
