Located at Whiston Hospital, the successful candidate will conduct both manual and automated lab investigations and ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Qualifications

  • HCPC registered with significant post registration experience in Microbiology.
  • Detailed working knowledge of lab procedures and IT systems.
  • Ability to organise complex workload and evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and automated lab investigations.
  • Maintain quality control procedures and resolve issues accordingly.
  • Communicate lab results and provide relevant information to medical staff.
