Job summary

An expanding international M&E consultancy is seeking a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer for their Newcastle office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience, possess strong project management skills, and be capable of developing and coordinating engineering project services. This role requires a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and the ability to foster strong client relationships while managing medium-sized projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in building service consultancy.
• Experience with data centre and mission critical projects.
• Robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design.

Responsibilities

• Run medium size projects and manage client relationships.
• Develop and specify applications for building engineering services.
• Conduct surveys and tests on existing installations.
