The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Services Engineering, around 10 years of experience, and proficiency in design software such as BIM and Revit. Qualifications

• Degree qualified with around 10 years post qualification experience within Building Services.
• Experience of working as a contract administrator is ideal.
• Confident in working on buildings that contain asbestos.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical building services design calculations.
• Produce feasibility reports, design specifications and drawings.
• Undertake surveys on mechanical building services.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts required.
• Carry out project design and complete Health & Safety risk assessments.
• Oversee and supervise the installation of building services systems.
• Use specialist CAD and BIM software.
