Job summary

A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Material QC Inspector for a project in North Wales. Candidates must have a relevant degree and 5 years of experience in material QC operations within the Oil & Gas industry. The role includes inspection of incoming materials, analysis of specifications, and management of quality records. The position offers a contract from January 2026 to 2028 with up to 5.5 workdays per week. Competitive hourly rates should be quoted.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with material control activities and Material QC Operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Technical skills in QC for various equipment and international certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute QC activities on incoming materials and equipment and ensure their proper handling.
  • Carry out visual checks to verify the integrity of the materials delivered.
  • Prepare Inspection Material Reports and manage all relevant quality documentation.
