Job description

400M+ downloads. 75M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.

Flo is the world’s #1 health app on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

With 6M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.

The job

The Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a strategic and cross-functional role at Flo — leading marketing and partnership initiatives with healthcare professionals, medical organizations, and our global network of 140+ expert board members to strengthen Flo’s credibility and visibility.

This is a hybrid role that blends marketing, partnerships, and operations. You’ll work on a wide range of projects: co-creating content with top medical experts, launching campaigns that engage doctors globally, representing Flo at international conferences, and shaping scalable workflows that support high-impact collaborations with leading medical institutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with Flo’s internal teams (Medical, Legal, Content, Product, Marketing) and external partners (experts, freelancers, influencers, and medical organizations) to deliver science-backed, marketing-driven initiatives that support Flo’s mission to improve women’s health worldwide.

What you will be doing

Drive Marketing & Engagement Among Doctors

  • Own and execute marketing strategies to grow awareness of Flo among doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Create and distribute engaging content for doctors, including newsletters, brochures, research summaries, and evergreen website content (SEO-optimized).
  • Design and manage evergreen email campaigns, including automated flows and targeted re-engagement campaigns.
  • Represent Flo at major global medical conferences: lead our presence, connect with healthcare professionals, grow our email base, and run post-event campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Manage Expert Relationships

  • Lead day-to-day engagement with Flo’s Expert Board: build collaboration, visibility, and loyalty.
  • Oversee expert involvement in product reviews, PR campaigns, social media collaborations, and in-app content.
  • Launch initiatives to strengthen expert collaboration and long-term engagement.
  • Recruit new experts when needed to align with Flo’s strategic priorities.
  • Develop scalable workflows for expert onboarding, contracts, content reviews, and communications. Manage contract negotiations, vendor agreements, invoices, and reporting.

Build & Grow Strategic Partnerships

  • Own relationships with key medical organizations — from negotiations to delivery of joint projects.
  • Identify and propose new partnership opportunities that expand Flo’s reach and impact.

Your experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or partnerships roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Excellent project management skills: able to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, vendor agreements, and invoice management.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, CMS platforms, and AI tools such as GPT for content and process optimization.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How we work

We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

What you\'ll get

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
  • Flexible office + home working, up to 2 months a year working abroad
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
