About the role: We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Organic Social to lead our global social presence across platforms—driving relevance, reach, and engagement with the audiences that matter most. You’ll own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our organic channels—especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats. You’ll build and manage a social content engine that is data-driven, creator-first, fast, and deeply plugged into culture. You’ll work closely with Field Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Performance teams to amplify campaigns, support key markets, and turn social into a true growth lever.
