Role overview

As a senior member of the UK&E Marketing & Communications Team, you'll lead and own the external marketing strategy for Citizen Services. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the Growth Director, this is a high-impact role where your work will directly drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution of all marketing and demand generation efforts across organic and paid media.
  • Design and deliver high-impact, measurable campaigns - from brand awareness to account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Be the go-to expert for digital lead generation: SEO, programmatic advertising, email marketing, automation, social.
  • Translate customer journeys and insights into compelling campaigns that drive real business results.
  • Take ownership of brand positioning, messaging and value propositions across multiple audiences and verticals.
  • Measure ROI rigorously - show us (and the business) what's working, and where to double down.
  • Manage and mentor a small team, while rolling up your sleeves to get stuck into delivery.
  • Lead the creation of compelling and engaging external-facing content and events to engage current and future customers.
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, external agencies and suppliers.
What you'll need to do the role
  • Significant experience in B2B2C or B2B marketing, ideally in complex, high-value service environments.
  • Proven experience leading digital-first lead generation campaigns that drive revenue or sales-qualified leads.
  • Confidence in marketing automation, CRM, paid media, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong ability to translate complex customer journeys into smart marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure ROI and show impact on growth.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across business development, bids, solutions and comms functions.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
  • A desire to get stuck in, make things happen, and own your domain.
