Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our marketing team. The role focuses on developing and executing performance marketing campaigns. It requires someone energetic with the skills to get things done, working closely with the marketing team and UK & International senior leadership.

About the role:

  • Design, execute, and manage a demand generation program with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads to sales and lettings teams
  • Manage media channels such as Direct Mail, PPC, Paid social, email campaigns, and create landing pages
  • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset to ensure marketing programs are industry-leading
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics; maintain a quarterly testing plan
  • Measure, evaluate, and optimize daily marketing campaigns
  • Identify key audiences across the acquisition journey and develop tailored communication strategies
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Challenge media agencies to deliver innovative and best-in-class campaign work

Job Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Experience managing successful brand, paid social, paid search, direct mail, and email campaigns from conception to execution, either at an agency or in a fast-paced client-side environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven marketing decisions
  • A team player and self-starter comfortable working autonomously and in a larger organization
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines
