A leading global entertainment company is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, skilled at transforming data into strategic support for decision-making. Marketing Measurement: Apply established measurement approaches (e.g., attribution methods, campaign testing, MMM, channel reviews) to evaluate marketing effectiveness. ROI & ROAS Insights: Provide clear and actionable insights into marketing spend efficiency, return on investment, and campaign performance to guide budget allocations. Marketing Performance Drivers: Identify key factors behind campaign success, helping the business understand what drives growth, engagement, and customer acquisition. Cross-Channel Analysis: Compare performance across paid, owned, and earned channels to highlight opportunities for optimisation. Customer & Journey Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, retention, and lifetime value to deepen understanding of how marketing influences growth. Digital Channel Performance: Assess digital campaigns (search, social, display, web, and app) and optimise conversion funnels to improve campaign outcomes.
Day-to-day: Deliver analysis and insights that translate marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams to inform campaign planning, budgeting, and performance review. Act as a thought partner on measurement and analytics—challenging assumptions, raising opportunities, and driving data-informed decision-making. Work with internal teams and agency partners to ensure the right data sources are available, accurate, and ready for analysis. Build strong relationships across the business, acting as an ambassador for marketing analytics and raising its profile as a driver of strategy and growth. Stay up to date on marketing measurement practices and tools, applying new approaches to improve how we measure impact.
