• Strong Marine insurance knowledge with focus on Liability and Cargo.
• Worked in a syndicate, company, broker, or similar.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Desire to work in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal case load of Marine claims.
• Work with claims management and external advisors.
• Ensure reserves are entered quickly and accurately.
• Monitor performance against KPIs.
• Report on portfolio and legal developments.
• Liaise with underwriters and other stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and hearings.
