Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fostering service, supervising Social Workers and Support Workers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for complex situations.
• Ensure compliance with Fostering Regulations and safeguard legislation.
• Oversee performance monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as Safeguarding Lead, promoting welfare of children and staff.
