We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Senior Manager, People Advisory.
We are currently working through an exciting transformation, moving from separate HR Advisory and Employee Relations Teams into one complete People Advisory service. This role will be a key component in our drive to simplify to amplify, leveraging data insights to aid our pivot to an aligned, proactive People Advisory service focused on providing an enhanced customer experience. We are seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager, People Advisory.
The role holder will partner with HR colleagues, people managers and legal, supporting People Advisory activity in one of our People Journey Hubs. They will help to navigate complex people issues and identify opportunities to proactively support customers to achieve strategic business goals and build high performing cultures. The role spans the whole of the UK (i.e. RFB and NRFB) across all businesses, functions and entities.
Role can be based in London, Leeds, St Albans, Chester or Birmingham on a hybrid basis. Other locations may be considered.
