  • Base salary range: $160,962 – $167,203 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area

Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. The team delivers a comprehensive range of services including estate planning, capital projects, maintenance, and sustainability programs.

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for engineering services and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic asset management, lifecycle renewal planning, and utilities management.
  • Influence the integration of environmental sustainability principles into campus infrastructure.
About you
  • Degree or higher-level qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related Engineering discipline.
  • Eligibility for Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent professional membership.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic asset management and infrastructure planning in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Commitment to sustainability, climate action and continuous improvement.
