A leading financial services company in London is searching for a Senior Manager of HR Regulatory Operations to design and deliver HR processes aligned with compliance regulations. This role requires extensive experience in managing HR operations with a focus on SMCR compliance, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders. Successful candidates will have a background in HR in the financial sector and proven ability to lead teams and projects effectively.
Senior Manager, HR Regulatory Operations, SMCR/MiFID II – (London based) – Royal Bank of Canada
You will own, design, coordinate, manage, oversee and deliver HR operational processes on a cross‑entity and cross‑platform basis that relate to compliance with the Senior Manager & Certification Regime (SMCR) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II).
You will also be the subject matter expert (SME) for all SMCR related matters regarding the Certification regime on a cross‑platform basis.
You will lead, enable and support the Director, Head of UK & Europe HR Operations as well as the MD, Head of HR with the implementation of HR regulatory operational initiatives.
