Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial reporting and consolidation across a portfolio.
• Business partnering with operational heads of departments.
• Overseeing month-end close and group consolidation process.
• Reviewing management accounts and variance analysis.
• Preparing statutory accounts and leading annual audit process.
• Managing tax compliance (VAT, CIT returns).
• Monitoring cash flow and supporting FP&A with forecasting.
• Overseeing debt management, compliance, and covenant reporting.
• Partnering with internal teams to drive commercial insight.
