We are seeking experienced individuals who have the drive and ability to make a difference in enabling our services to support the delivery of excellent patient care. Our large, diverse team is committed to continuous improvement which presents excellent development opportunities for our staff.
You will have the responsibility to deliver high-quality management accounting involving the analysis of financial information, preparation of financial reports and helping non‑Finance colleagues to interpret and understand financial principles and procedures.
You will be managing and supervising junior members of staff and will need to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You should ideally have gained or be studying towards an accountancy qualification. You will have proven ability to analyse large volumes of data and transform it into meaningful reports and information. Although previous experience of working in a large organisation is desirable, it is more important that applicants can demonstrate confidence, analytical ability, and a flexible approach to the demands of the job.
You will support a range of stakeholders across the Trust. To provide financial management service to clinical and/or corporate managers within one or more directorates.
