Your role:

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team within Wigan Leisure Centres. As a BeWell Senior Leisure Assistant based at Standish Leisure Centre, you will work within the various leisure facilities across the Borough and will support, enhance, and deliver the day-to-day operations and services in our BeWell facilities.

You will support the Assistant Manager in the running of the facility by leading a team of receptionists, recreation assistants and fitness instructors. Your role will be to organise the staff to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided by ensuring the facility complies with all Health and Safety documentation and the facilities have a high level of cleanliness at all times.

About you:

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring that you always deliver a high level of professional customer service.

You must have a passion for leisure and a desire to develop through further training and qualifications. Being flexible and adaptable to situations whilst remaining calm in stressful situations are essential within this role. As the team leader you must be able to demonstrate high standards at all times.
