Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing commercial, IT, regulatory, and other legal developments (e.g., GDPR, PSD3), identifying impacts on the business, and facilitating or taking appropriate actions.
  • Creating and updating standard contracts, T&Cs, internal policies, systems, and controls.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts such as processing, partner, collaboration/joint venture, BIN sponsorship, gateway services, and employee arrangements.
  • Managing company secretarial matters including group structure, board meetings, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Handling litigation for the group.
  • Managing IP, domains, and trademark registrations.

Requirements:
