Qualifications

• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring at a senior or leadership level.

• Vocational competence and practical experience within senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching to apprentices working towards Level 7 standards.
• Facilitate interactive workshop sessions to enhance learning.
• Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required.
